As such, we operate a policy of open communication, professional respect and transparency in all of our relationships.

Having recently completed a CQC inspection for our supported living services as a part of the second wave of new CQC regulations, a report for this inspection will be made available in due course.

We are always looking for ways to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, which has led to out-of-the-box thinking with regards to training and experiences that we are able to offer.

We’re very proud of our team; from Director to Support Worker via the Administration team, it’s clear that the ethos and principles that were so important to our family when we opened our first care home still exist and drive us onward to this day and beyond.
